Sublima Restaurant is a place for all guests who expect from food more than just to satisfy hunger: they seek exquisite composition of flavours, the best world and local produce and great culinary expertise; in a word: just prowess and passion for cooking transferred onto a plate.

Our philosophy

Our philosophy means the preparation of food from fresh produce delivered by trusted suppliers which follows the art of cooking, but according to our own, unique concept. We put in a lot of effort so that you will try our cuisine from the very basics, which means that from bread and butter through pastas, sauces and accompaniments to desserts all is home-made, in the restaurant.
Sublima Restaurant is unique because of the ambience of the place, cosy atmosphere, location in the heart of the town, and, first and foremost the life cooking station where you can view chefs at work.

Head chef

Andrzej Jakomulski

The taste experiences of our guests are provided by Andrzej Jakomulski, a lover of French cuisine, international fusion cuisine, and traditional Polish cuisine. He learned to cook under the watchful eye of masters from Austria, Thailand, and the United States.
