Rafał Lorenc , takes care of taste sensations of our guests: a chef for many years who comes from Warsaw, quarter-finalist of Top Chef – reality competition television series, culinary advisor, but first and foremost a self-confessed and passionate chef. His cooking adventure started over 10 years ago in “Warsaw culinary yard”. As a young man he very quickly contracted the passion for cooking and felt the thirst for knowledge in this field. Initially, he would often change work places to look for new inspiration, techniques, produce, or approach; he kept watching chefs and cooks. Enraptured by fusion cuisine popular at that time he joined most weird produce from all over the world achieving startling effects and combinations. What defines his approach to food today is the awareness of produce, culinary techniques, processes taking place during cooking and using this knowledge in a sophisticated, comprehensive way. His cuisine is simple and logical; the starting point is always the taste.
